1. What types of manufacturing processes do you use for glassware?
We utilize a variety of advanced techniques, including ion plating, laser engraving, electroplating, screen printing, color spraying, decal application, hot stamping, UV printing, and hand painting.
2. Can you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples for items currently in stock. However, shipping and delivery fees must be covered by the customer.
3.How long does it take to prepare samples, and how fast is express delivery?
* For in-stock items, samples are usually ready within 3 days.
* For custom samples, the lead time is approximately 10–15 days.
* Express shipping typically takes 3–4 business days.
4. Do you also supply wax, boxes, and labels?
Yes. We can fill the jars with wax, and we work with several trusted packaging and label suppliers. We can provide custom boxes and labels upon request.
5. Can I add my own logo to the jars, bottles, or boxes?
Absolutely. Glass jars, bottles, and packaging can be customized with your preferred color and printed with your logo. Please provide your Pantone color code and artwork files in Adobe Illustrator format.
6. What is your general production lead time?
* If the product is in stock, production takes around 15 days after deposit and sample approval.
* For out-of-stock or customized items, production usually takes 30–35 days.
* Exact lead time may vary depending on the order quantity.
7. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces. However, we accept smaller trial orders for certain items.
8. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are both. We operate two factories—one dedicated to printing and surface treatments for glassware, and we also hold shares in a candle and diffuser filling factory.
