How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they ship.
How long does delivery take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How do I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. There are no restocking fees. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zoomnstore.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including original shipping charges.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
